What is a Flower Bar?
A Cozy Oak Gardens Flower Bar lets guests at your next event build their own wrapped bouquet or glass vase arrangement for a memorable and fun activity. Your guests will select their favorite flowers from a preselected variety of seasonal blooms, cut fresh from the farm. They will then create one of a kind floral designs as they collaborate and make lasting memories. Flower bars can be branded for your special event and focused on your event theme or colors.
What’s included?
There are a few Bouquet Bar options offered from Cozy Oak Gardens. Whether you wish to host your own informal “Sip n’ Snip” with friends and family or want to offer a high end, unique experience with all the bells and whistles, we’ve got you covered!
Each option comes with locally grown farm fresh flowers, use of our 12 bucket floral display to keep blooms fresh in conditioned water, and basic instructions on how to build a preplanned floral recipe. You can also rent our beautiful Flower Cart to add that extra special whimsy to your bouquet bar.
*Minimum booking of $300 required
Flower Bar Ideas:
Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Birthday Party, Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvah, “Sip n Snip” with your bridal party making your own bouquets, “Sip n Snip” with your friends, English tea party with bouquet making at the farm, and family gatherings o name a few. We can match a color theme, event theme, make a custom floral menu, use unique floral containers, and many more!

Small Event - $30pp
Under 20 guests. Perfect for a “Sip n Snip” with friends and family, book club, or a girls night! (Initial consultation, local delivery, set up/break down, flower farmer on site, and flower recipe all included)
*Flower Cart rental not included. $50 delivery fee outside 20 miles from farm.

Large Event - $25pp
Under 40 guests. Perfect for Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Birthday parties, Bar Mitzahs, Bat Mitzvahs and mid-sized gatherings. (Initial consultation, local delivery included, set up/break down, flower farmer on site, and flower recipe all included)
*Flower Cart rental not included. $50 delivery fee outside 20 miles from farm.

Extra Large Event - $25pp plus $100 for additional labor
Over 40 guests. Perfect for a large party or event that will WOW your guests and have them talking for weeks after! An assistant will be needed for help with running the flower bar during the event. (Initial consultation, local delivery, set up/break down, flower farmer on site, and flower recipe all included)
