Limitations of Liability:
By using our website, products, and services, you agree that we are not liable for any issues beyond our control, including but not limited to third-party interference (e.g., malware or theft), damage caused by others (e.g., contractors or delivery issues), or natural events (e.g., weather, natural disasters) that affect our products or services.
Some flowers and foliage may irritate the skin or be toxic if ingested, especially by children or pets. Please familiarize yourself with toxic plants and inform us if you have young children or pets, so we can avoid harmful items when possible. However, we are not liable for any harm caused by such items.
We are not responsible for any harm, damage, or inconvenience from picking up your order at our farm stand. The location is rural, with limited parking, uneven ground, and potential wildlife and other hazards. By choosing to pick up your order, you accept the associated risks.
Our farm is not open to the public. For your safety and the safety of others, please do not explore the area around the farm stand, as there are hidden hazards. Your wellbeing is important to us.
We cannot control nature, so crop failures or damage may affect product availability. We cannot guarantee specific flowers, foliage, seeds, or plants. If you pre-purchase a variety and it’s unavailable due to crop issues, you can choose a different variety or receive a refund, minus any transaction fees.

Custom Floral Quotes and Invoices, Farm CSA and Market Bouquets
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a custom floral quote, you agree to these Terms of Service. By proceeding with your floral quote, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
By purchasing a Farm CSA or market bouquet from Cozy Oak Gardens, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
2. Quotes and Invoices
All floral quotes provided are estimates based on the details submitted by the client. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
3. Changes to Quotes
No Changes Within One Week of Event: Any changes to the original quote must be made at least one week prior to the event date. Day of Event Requests: No changes will be accepted on the day of the event.
4. Overtime Charges
Overtime will be charged at a rate of $40 per hour, per personnel, for any time worked beyond the agreed-upon schedule.
5. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to secure your order. Full payment is due by the specified deadline outlined in the quote or invoice, often one week prior to event. Accepted payment methods are cash, check, credit card, PayPal, Venmo.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies will vary depending on the timing of the cancellation.
7. Liability
While we strive to provide the best service, we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut.
